I have experience in Secretarial, Customer services, Administration, Bookkeeping, Sales, Marketing, PA.

I have been a business owner since the early ‘90’s and worked in an office environment for 21years. I understand that business fluctuates sometimes demanding more of your time and attention than there are hours in the day.

I will make sure your invoices are posted, your outstanding accounts are addressed promptly and your suppliers are paid on time. I will keep your cash book up to date and fill in your VAT return if you are struggling to find the time to do it yourself.

I will make your travel arrangements for you, book your tickets, hotel accommodation and make sure the hire car is ready to collect.

I will reply to e-mails, faxes or letters which you don’t have time to address, manage your diary and remind you of any important events you may otherwise forget.

You will have to make your own coffee and buy your own lunch, but majority of the working day can be remotely accessed and those tasks I can manage for you.
